Director

Captain Preston is a California Credentialed Teacher that has taught primary grades for eight years and has been in the education field for ten. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Riverside and holds a teaching credential from California State University San Bernardino. She also has a Masters in Education from the California State University San Bernardino.

It has always been her philosophy to make learning fun. Over the eight years that Ms. Preston taught, she would incorporate the California State Standards in to fun themes, such as Pirates, Fairytales, Safari and others.

The children and parents enjoyed the themes so much, Ms. Preston decided to make a summer day camp so many more children could enjoy using their imagination to have a great time.

Although her classroom focused on making learning fun, the camp  focuses on the imagination and fun aspects of pirates rather than learning to read and write.

See you at Pirate Camp, you are sure to have a great time!
