760-912-1497 Rules and Safety: The camp is designed so that all children have a great time. Unfortunately,
not only does disruptive behavior ruin a good time, it can become a safety
hazard. Remember, it is our number one goal to provide a safe, fun environment
for all campers. We will not allow any behavior that inhibits others from
enjoying their camp experience. We use pirate tokens to encourage good behavior and prescheduled bathroom
breaks. Our pirates will get to buy things from our treasure chest with these
earned tokens. Our rules are simple and easy to follow. Please go over the
rules with your child: Always keep your hands to your self Use appropriate respectful language Be respectful of others Be respectful of property Share toys and supplies Follow camp rules Have Fun! We understand that at times some little pirates might need to be reminded
of the rules. When this happens we will ask the camper to do a time out to
regain control. Plus, this could cost the camper a pirate token. This usually
does the trick and the camper remembers the rules. However, if the disruptive
behavior persists, the parents will be notified and the child will have to be
picked up. Depending on the behavior, or duration, the camper might be asked
to refrain from returning for the remainder of the session. Should this
happen, a 20% refund of prorated unused days will be returned to the parents.
Campers are encouraged to dress like pirates (we provide hats), in
comfortable play clothes and tennis shoes for play.
Once again, it is our goal to provide a safe, fun experience for all of our
campers.
